Version 3.07-beta3 (2006-01-14)
- HPL: Ported to HP39, HP40 (tested on HP39, should work on HP39G+) ;
  Ported to HP38 (not tested at all!).
- HPL: there is now a screen 4 for the Sun that gives informations about
  twilight. For better usability, all planets' screen 2 and 3 have been
  swapped.
- HPL: shows the up time for planets.
- HPL: Keys added: left-shift arrow, numeric pad, STO.
- HPL: The planetarium now remembers the current coordinates and zoom level.
- HPL: The help screens are now complete.
- HPL-light: As the library is growing too much (in size), HPL-light is now
  limited to stars up to magnitude 3.0 (used to be 3.5).
- HPLCOM: command "DATA->" added.
- Fix for library not working in covered ports (>= 0).
- Fix for argument checking (now HPL handles ZINTs and tagged objects).
- Fix other minor bugs.
